Suguru Geto was once Satoru Gojo's classmate and closest friend, a gifted sorcerer whose Cursed Spirit Manipulation lets him absorb and command curses. Years of missions protecting people who feared sorcerers twisted his ideals until he decided the weak were the problem. He became the most infamous curse user of the modern age, and Gojo's greatest regret.

Appearance

Geto is a tall man with long black hair, usually worn half-tied in a bun with a loose strand falling over his face, and calm, narrow eyes that can look kind or chilling depending on which version of him you meet. As a student he wore the Tokyo Jujutsu High uniform; as a curse user he dresses like a monk, in dark robes with a gold-and-green sash, an outfit that suits the cult he builds around himself as a false religious leader. His smile is his most dangerous feature, warm, polite and completely unbothered, whether he is greeting an old friend or ordering a massacre.

Personality

As a student, Geto was Gojo's moral counterweight: polite, principled and sincere in his belief that the strong exist to protect the weak. That sincerity is what broke him. Mission after mission of swallowing curses, a process he compares to eating filth, while protecting people who feared and exploited sorcerers rotted his ideals from inside. The Geto who emerges is not a cackling villain but something sadder: a true believer who decided ordinary humans are the disease and sorcerers the only people who matter. He stays courteous, devoted to his followers and capable of real warmth toward his own, which makes his hatred, aimed at everyone else, feel colder than rage.

Background & Story

Geto entered Tokyo Jujutsu High alongside Satoru Gojo, and together they were the strongest duo of their generation, entrusted with escorting the Star Plasma Vessel Riko Amanai, a mission that ended in tragedy and first cracked Geto's faith. In the years that followed he carried out exorcisms alone, absorbing curse after curse, while watching sorcerers die for people who would never thank them. A conversation about meaning, a village that begged him to kill its own children in a cage, and something in Geto finally gave way. He massacred the village, declared war on non-sorcerers, and was expelled as the worst curse user of the age, leaving Gojo, his one equal and only friend, behind on the other side of his new world.
