About Satsuki Momoi

Satsuki Momoi is Too Academy's manager and the Generation of Miracles' information specialist, a childhood friend of Aomine who followed him from Teiko. Her scouting is legendary: she studies players until she can predict their next moves. Bright and devoted to 'Tetsu-kun' Kuroko, Momoi is the Miracles' memory, the one who watched Teiko fall apart and still believes its players can find each other again.

Appearance

Momoi is 161 cm with long pink hair, a bright smile and a fashionable sense of style that stands out in a gym full of tracksuits. She carries notebooks, tablets and data files everywhere, her real equipment. On the bench she watches games the way a chess player watches a board, already calculating. Her cheerfulness is genuine, but so is the analyst underneath: Momoi can be describing a player's weaknesses in the same sweet tone she uses to declare her love for Kuroko, and both are completely sincere.

Personality

Momoi is bright, affectionate and ruthlessly competent. She has loved basketball data since Teiko, where she managed the Miracles and learned each of them inside out, their habits, tells and growth patterns. She followed Aomine to Too out of loyalty to her childhood friend, worrying over the person he was becoming. Her devotion to Kuroko is played for comedy, but it rests on something real: she believes in who the Miracles were before winning broke them, and she quietly works to bring that back. Momoi is the series' memory and conscience in a manager's jacket.

Background & Story

Momoi managed Teiko's team through the Generation of Miracles' reign, building her scouting method: study a player completely, footage, stats, habits, until his future moves can be predicted and countered. When the Miracles scattered, she chose Too Academy to stay beside her childhood friend Aomine. Her analysis makes Too a nightmare opponent: she prepares counters for Seirin's plays before they run them. But Momoi's data has one famous blind spot, Kuroko, whose growth cannot be predicted because his basketball keeps changing the people around him. Through the series she remains the link between all the Miracles, the one who watched them fall apart and never stopped believing they could find each other again.

Powers & Abilities

• Predictive Scouting: Momoi studies players so completely that she can forecast their development and in-game choices, building counter-strategies before a match begins.
• Data Analysis: Her notebooks and video study turn Too Academy's preparation into a weapon, Seirin's plays are often answered before they are run.
