About Elsa
Elsa is a young knight of the Herz Kingdom in the other world and the daughter of Viscount Mueller. Serious, brave and trained in swordsmanship, she first crossed paths with Sasaki through his trading business and came to respect the strange merchant who always has impossible goods and calm advice. She represents the honourable side of her kingdom's nobility, and her loyalty to her father and her country often pulls Sasaki deeper into the kingdom's affairs.
Appearance
Elsa is a young woman with the upright bearing of a trained knight, usually seen in the dress of Herz nobility or in armour suited to her station. Her serious expression and direct gaze mark her as her father's daughter: a soldier-noble of the kingdom, not a decoration at its court.
Personality
Elsa is serious, brave and honourable, with a knight's loyalty to her father, her house and her kingdom. She judges people by their conduct, which is why the merchant Hermann, impossible goods, calm advice, no visible ambition, earns her respect. Her loyalty repeatedly pulls both her and Sasaki deeper into the Herz Kingdom's affairs than either planned.
Background & Story
Elsa is the daughter of Viscount Mueller, one of the Herz Kingdom's powerful nobles and Sasaki's most important business partner in the other world. Trained as a knight, she serves her house with a sword as readily as with counsel. Through her father's dealings with the merchant Hermann she comes to know Sasaki himself, and as the kingdom's politics darken, her position, loyal daughter, knight, and friend of a very unusual merchant, places her near the centre of events.
