The Omni-King, the small, cheerful being who rules over all twelve universes and stands above every god. Zeno speaks like an innocent child and loves watching fights, but his displeasure can erase entire universes in an instant, which is exactly the threat hanging over the Tournament of Power. He takes a liking to Goku, whose casual friendliness with him terrifies every god in existence. There are two Zenos after Goku brings the future one home.

Appearance

Zeno is tiny, a small, round-headed being with a purple and blue oval face, simple dot eyes and a perpetually delighted expression, dressed in a formal vest and robe in pink, gold and blue. He looks like a child's toy of a king, speaks in a bright, simple voice, and is attended everywhere by two identical, expressionless guards. Nothing about him suggests power, which is the point: the most dangerous being in existence has no need to look like anything at all.

Personality

Zeno is innocence with absolute power: cheerful, curious, easily bored and easily delighted, ruling eternity like a child with a toy box of universes. He does not hate, scheme or judge. He simply likes what he likes, and what bores or displeases him stops existing. The gods' terror of him is the series' darkest joke: the supreme being is not a tyrant but a toddler with an eraser. His friendship with Goku, the one mortal who treats him as a playmate rather than a god, is played for comedy and lands as something stranger: the loneliest being in existence, who owns everything, finally has a friend.

Background & Story

Zeno has ruled the multiverse since before any living god's memory, attended by the Grand Priest and served by the angels of all twelve universes. He has erased six universes in the past for displeasing him, casually, the way a child clears a board. Watching the Tournament of Destroyers between Universes 6 and 7 delighted him so much that he demanded a bigger one: the Tournament of Power, in which the losing universes would be erased, a sentence delivered with a smile, over a game he found fun. When Goku brought the Zeno of the ruined future timeline home as a friend, the two Omni-Kings ended up sharing the throne, playing together above the universes, with creation itself as their board.

Powers & Abilities

• Erasure: Zeno's absolute power: he can erase anything, people, planets, gods, entire universes, even immortal beings, from existence with a raised hand and a word.
• Multiversal authority: Every god, angel and destroyer answers to Zeno; his decisions are reality's final law, and no power in the twelve universes can oppose them.
• Immortality and invulnerability: Zeno cannot be killed, harmed or affected by any known force, he floated unharmed in the void of a timeline he himself had erased.

• Son Goku: His friend, the only mortal who greets the Omni-King with a nickname and a handshake, to every god's horror.
• Future Zeno: Himself, from the erased future timeline, the two Zenos now share the throne and play together.
• Grand Priest: His attendant and the angels' father, the being who manages the multiverse on Zeno's behalf.
• Beerus and the Gods of Destruction: His terrified subordinates, destroyers who erase planets tremble and sweat in Zeno's presence.
