Sho Kusakabe is Shinra's baby brother, believed dead twelve years ago, in truth stolen by the White-Clad and raised as their commander, a Pillar carrying the Adolla Burst. His power stops time itself, freezing the world in black stillness. Cold where Shinra is warm, Sho is what the cult makes of children: a weapon that has forgotten it was ever loved. Everything Shinra fights for is one hope: getting his brother back.
Appearance
Sho is a slight boy with white hair and red eyes, dressed in the white-and-gold uniform of the White-Clad's knights, a uniform that looks like ceremonial armour. He carries a katana and an expression of eerie, flattened calm, a child who has been taught to be a symbol instead of a person. Next to Shinra's messy warmth, Sho looks like a photograph of the same family printed in ice.
Personality
Sho is cold, precise and obedient, the Evangelist's perfect weapon. Raised by the cult to serve their god, he shows little emotion and questions little. But the weapon has cracks: encounters with the brother he does not remember stir feelings the cult cannot name for him, and his stillness begins to look less like emptiness and more like a child holding very still inside an armour built by other people.

Sho Kusakabe was an infant when the fire destroyed his home. The world, and Shinra, believed he died in it; in truth the White-Clad took him, because the baby carried the Adolla Burst, and raised him in their hidden world as a Pillar and commander of their knights. He grew up with no memory of his mother or brother, shaped entirely by the Evangelist's teaching. His reappearance is the hinge of Shinra's whole story: the brother he mourned is alive, on the enemy's side, and everything Shinra fights for becomes one hope, getting Sho back.
