From One Punch Man

About Fubuki
Fubuki, the Blizzard of Hell, rules B-Class at rank 1, refusing promotion so she can dominate her rank with the Blizzard Group, her personal faction of suited heroes. Living in the shadow of her overwhelming sister Tatsumaki, she built power through numbers and loyalty instead. Meeting Saitama rattles her philosophy: real strength, she begins to learn, is not something you can recruit or rank.
Appearance
Fubuki is a tall, elegant young woman with dark green hair in a bob, a curvy figure and a cool, commanding expression. She dresses in expensive, fashionable clothes, a dark dress with a fur-collared coat and jewellery, presenting as a businesswoman of the hero world rather than a brawler. When she fights, her eyes glow and the air fills with telekinetically hurled debris, her whole silhouette haloed in psychic energy.
Personality
Fubuki is ambitious, controlled and deeply insecure beneath a flawless executive surface. Her philosophy, that no one survives the hero world alone, is both genuine wisdom and a shield against measuring herself against Tatsumaki. She is a real leader: she protects her people, plans carefully and honours her debts. Meeting Saitama rattles her because he breaks her categories, overwhelming strength with no faction, no ambition and no cruelty, and her slow growth from faction boss to someone building strength of her own is one of the series' better arcs.
Background & Story
Fubuki is the younger sister of Tatsumaki, the strongest esper alive, and she has organised her entire life around that shadow. Convinced she could never win alone at the top, she chose B-Class, took its rank 1, and built the Blizzard Group, a faction of loyal heroes in matching suits who pool strength, information and intimidation. The system works, until she tries to recruit Saitama and Genos and runs into people who do not fit it at all: a B-Class nobody stronger than S-Class heroes, who treats her empire like a mild inconvenience. Encounters with real monsters, and with her sister's overwhelming shadow, force Fubuki to start asking what her own strength is actually for.
Powers & Abilities
- Psychic Power (Telekinesis): Fubuki is a genuine esper: she hurls debris, vehicles and monsters with her mind, flies, and shields her group, strong by any standard except her sister's.
- Blizzard Group Leadership: Her faction multiplies her power politically and practically, coordinated heroes, shared intelligence and collective pressure across B-Class.
Key Relationships
- Tatsumaki: Her older sister, the strongest esper alive, whose shadow built Fubuki's entire philosophy and whose protectiveness feels like a cage.
- Saitama: The B-Class nobody she tries to recruit, who dismantles her assumptions about strength, factions and ranking in a single afternoon.
- Genos: Saitama's disciple, whose S-Class loyalty to a B-Class man is the first crack in Fubuki's model of how the hero world works.
- King: An S-Class she, like everyone, treats with awe, and one of the regulars drawn into Saitama's orbit alongside her.
