Appearance

Nakamura is a cheerful girl with long blonde hair, often worn in a ponytail, and bright, teasing eyes. She has the breezy confidence of someone who has never had to try hard at languages, or at reading people. Her grin usually means she has spotted something embarrassing, most often involving Nagisa, whose androgynous reputation she cheerfully created and maintains.

Personality

Nakamura is playful, sharp-tongued and perceptive, the class's social scout, first to spot secrets, crushes and weaknesses in people. As a child she was a celebrated prodigy, and the weight of everyone's expectations crushed the fun out of learning; among 3-E's 'failures' she recovered it. Her teasing is affectionate, and when operations turn serious her perception makes her invaluable.

Nakamura was a child genius whose English marks topped her school, but the pressure of being a prodigy drove her grades, and her enthusiasm, down until she landed in Class 3-E. There she relaxed for the first time in years. She became the class's expert on people: reading targets, gathering gossip and teasing out the truths her classmates hide, all of which feed directly into their assassination planning.
