About Nae Tennouji
Nae Tennouji is Yugo's bright, energetic daughter, a primary schooler who adores the lab members and treats Suzuha like a big sister. Innocent in 2010, she carries terrible weight in other timelines: in the future Suzuha came from, the grown Nae is bound to the Rounder tragedy. Her small presence in the present is a constant reminder of what the timeline wars do to bystanders.
Appearance
Nae is a small, energetic girl with brown hair in pigtails, usually in bright casual clothes, often running between her father's shop and the lab upstairs.
Personality
Nae is cheerful, trusting and fearless with adults, adopting the whole lab as family. Her openness is the shop's sunshine and her father's whole world.
Background & Story
Nae lives with her father above and around the Braun Tube Workshop, spending her days between the shop, school and the Future Gadget Laboratory upstairs. She idolises Suzuha, plays with Mayuri and treats Okabe's mad-scientist act as the best entertainment in Akihabara. In a story about adults and consequences, Nae is the present-day innocence the lab's choices quietly protect. (Premise only.)
Key Relationships
- Yugo Tennouji: Her father, who raises her alone and adores her.
- Suzuha Amane: The part-timer Nae treats as an older sister.
