Aqua Hoshino is Ai's son and Ruby's twin brother, and secretly the reborn doctor Gorou Amamiya, Ai's devoted fan. Aqua is a handsome teenager with dark blond hair and sharp eyes, his right eye carrying the same star-shaped sparkle as his mother Ai's.
