Noches is, at first glance, Siesta herself: the same silver hair, the same face, the same calm eyes. The difference is the dress, she wears a maid's outfit while serving Kimihiko, a deliberate, slightly surreal touch that underlines what she is: something built to serve a legacy, wearing the shape of the girl who created it.

Noches carries Siesta's memories and much of her knowledge, but she is her own person, with her own feelings about the role she was built to fill. She is devoted to Kimihiko and determined to be recognised as the new great detective, yet living inside a dead girl's face, greeted with grief by everyone who loved the original, gives her story a quiet ache beneath the detective work.
Background & Story
A year after Kimihiko learned the truth about Siesta's death, a girl with Siesta's face arrived at his door. Noches is a biological android created from Siesta's memories, built to carry the great detective's legacy forward in a world where SPES is moving again. Introduced in Season 2, she takes up Siesta's role at Kimihiko's side, and forces him, Nagisa and everyone who mourned Siesta to decide what, and who, she really is.
